Ginger Turmeric Detox Tea

Serves 1
1 1/2 cups filtered or spring water
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon maple syrup or raw honey, or 1/4 teaspoon stevia

Bring the water to a boil, then pour it into a mug. Stir in the ingredients and serve.
