HarperElixir to Publish First Five Books in Fall 2015

HarperElixir will release five exciting spiritual and wisdom books in Fall 2015. The new line is dedicated to publishing life-changing books that touch the very essence of our human spirit, from the wonders of the universe, to ancient wisdom and its application to modern life; from new pathways to transformation and healing; to the continuing evolution of our consciousness and potential. HarperElixir’s Fall books tread new ground on important themes of happiness and fulfillment, spiritual struggles, and the mastery of death.

Turn Your Mate Into Your Soulmate, by Arielle Ford, shares wisdom learned within her own marriage, along with advice gleaned from friends and love experts. This book helps readers find a happy middle ground between the rare, precious, and unattainable romantic notion of love, and the reality that happens when restlessness, anger, or disappointment set in and act as a stubborn barrier to happiness and fulfillment. Ford is also known for her book Wabi Sabi Love.

Persephone Rising, by Carol Pearson, speaks to the heroine in every woman, offering potential strategies to use the power of story to forge lives of greater happiness and fulfillment. Readers may recognize the author from her bestselling books The Hero Within and Awakening the Hero Within. Following in the tradition from these previous books, Pearson pulls ancient Greek myths to guide readers through activating archetypes. Her modern classics, The Hero Within and Awakening the Hero Within, will be re-released, both speaking deeply to the evolving hero in all of us, their relevance even more crucial in our changing, uncertain contemporary world.

In The Toltec Art of Life and Death, author Don Ruiz shares wisdom he found following a nine-week coma. Readers are invited to join in this profound and mystical tale of spiritual struggle as Ruiz presents the innermost workings of his singular mind and heart.

Additionally, HarperElixir recently announced that it will publish two new and distinctive coloring books, Sacred Symbols and Sacred Natureby illustrator Lydia Hess. These coloring books offer a creative and inspiring invitation to nourish our souls and reconnect with our spirit, part of the “Coloring Books for the Soul” series from HarperElixir. Lydia’s unique scratchboard-woodcut style allows readers to color away their stress and anxiety with mystical, magical imagery drawn from nature and ancient symbols. These timely, beautiful books packed with original art and evocative wisdom words are sure to delight.
