Stay Hydrated with These Healthy Beverages

We think that everything in moderation is a good mantra. But when you’re out and about as the temperatures rise, remember to reach for some of these hydrating beverages in between your iced coffees and BBQ libations.

Instead of water, most people today reach for coffee, soda, and alcohol. While these beverages do contain water, they are actually diuretics, which means they purge water from the body. When you consume these drinks, your body requires more water than usual to make up for this loss. To ensure that your body continues to function at a high level, replace coffee and soda with natural alternatives that won’t draw hydration out of your body.
