What Produce Do You Buy Organic?

Environmental Working Group Shopper's Guide to Pesticides in Produce 2013

Every year the Environmental Working Group publishes a Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce to help consumers determine what produce has the most pesticides and which fruits and vegetables are the most important to buy organic. As a quick reference guide, they also put together a list of produce called the “Dirty Dozen Plus” (produce highest in pesticides) and the “Clean Fifteen” (produce lowest in pesticides).

We know it’s not always affordable or accessible to buy organic, which is why we like to take a peek at these lists from time to time. Have you checked them out recently?
